As hands-on owners, Arran and Laura take personal responsibility for the overall management, ensuring that each child is provided with a safe and caring environment, and space to grow and thrive.

Laura: Director & Teacher

Laura, a qualified primary school teacher, has over a decade of experience working with pre-school children in a nursery environment and teaching in primary schools. ​In 2016 Laura opened Flying Colours Nursery working as Nursery Manager for several years before taking on her current role as Director and Teacher. 

Arran: Director

Having worked for Apple, Mercedes-Benz and BMW, Arran has considerable experience in business management in which he holds a masters degree. Arran manages business operations and is the secretary of the National Day Nurseries Association in Edinburgh.
